Commissions and Bespoke work

If there is anything you would like made to a specific design or personalised in any way please get in touch.

As I work full time any commissioned work will take some time to complete so I cannot guarantee a quick turn around.

A price for the required build will be quoted before a deposit is required.

A non refundable deposit is required before sketches and design can be completed.

Draft designs will be shared for approval before any work commences.

Payment in full is required on recipt of approval for the work to commence.

If you wish to order a bespoke piece of ceramic art or a pottery piece hand made by Jan please complete this form with the details of what you would like built and email Jan to make arrangement to provide an agreed deposit. Once this form is completed with the details and the deposit received then Jan can design some sketches based on your request and send them by email for your approval, an agreement for commencement and invoice for the final balance for the commission. Payment in full will be required before work can begin on a specifically requested commission piece. Please answer all questions as fully as possible as the information will be needed to calculate the final cost of production, decoration, firing and shipping plus any taxes due. Please bear in mind that each piece takes some time to make, dry, fire, decorate and then glaze before it will be ready for shipping so it may take a number of months depending on the size and design of your bespoke piece.
